How do I order?
Choose meals and drinks, customize your bag, then send your prepared order request to Uncle's number. Our team will confirm availability and pricing before payment.
Can I get it ASAP or schedule for later?
Yes. Select priority ASAP for the next available driver, or choose a future preferred delivery slot. Your team-confirmed ETA depends on kitchen readiness, available drivers and your address.
When will the driver pick up my food?
Once a driver accepts your order, the team can send “Your driver is heading to pickup,” followed by “Picked up” and “On the way.” Automatic updates require the upcoming dispatch dashboard.
What comes with each dinner?
Rice and peas or white rice, fried plantain and coleslaw. Extra sides can be added.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is a flat $5 per order across our listed service area. Checkout includes that fee, plus configured HST, in your total. Uncle’s confirms availability and your estimated arrival time before accepting the request.
What payment options are available?
Cash, Interac e-Transfer, and Solana (SOL) are the accepted payment preferences. The checkout shows the complete CAD total. For Interac e-Transfer, wait for Uncle’s acceptance before paying pay@unclescookedfood.ca. For SOL, the receiving wallet is not connected yet; do not send coins to the placeholder.
Can I order rotating specials?
Yes, when they're being cooked that night. Availability is confirmed by our kitchen.
